What are the types of villa elevators?
The first type: gantry steel wire rope traction villa elevator.
The elevator car system adopts a gantry structure, which combines the elevator suspension point, elevator center of gravity, and guide rail center, and is equipped with a double-layer car bottom and shock absorption system, making the elevator run extremely comfortably. The rated power of the villa elevator equipment with a load of 400kg is only about 1kW, and the actual power consumption of the villa elevator is equivalent to that of a television.
Type 2: Steel belt traction villa elevator.
Using flat steel strip technology instead of steel cables to lift elevator cars. This structure has certain advantages in terms of wellbore space. For example, with the same shaft width, the steel belt structure can increase the net width of the car by 5 to 10 centimeters compared to the steel wire rope structure. However, compared with traditional steel wire rope technology, the maturity is slightly lower, the installation requirements are relatively higher, the equipment cost is slightly higher, and the maintenance cost is slightly higher.
Category 3: Backpack rack with steel wire rope traction for villa elevators.
Backpack rack structure villa ladder is a traditional villa ladder structure, which was mostly adopted by early hydraulic and traction villa ladders. In the later stage, due to the development of small well technology and small tractors, the villa ladder with gantry structure gradually replaced the backpack frame structure.
The fourth category: hydraulic villa elevators.
A hydraulic elevator is an elevator that uses a hydraulic power source to inject oil pressure into a cylinder, causing the plunger to move in a straight line and directly or indirectly moving the car through a wire rope. Hydraulic villa elevators were put into use earlier and have mature technology. Most hydraulic villa elevators adopt a backpack rack structure.
